Bondi is the place for health and fitness, so we realised it’s time we got moving! Having spent too much time at our desks, bad posture, tension and tightness in the body finally got to us. So in an effort to give our mind, body and eyes a rest for 5 minutes, we took the time to stop concentrating and clear our heads.
This week, we have set ourselves the challenge to get up from our desks regularly and move our bodies for at least 5 minutes. Obviously we want to make it fun, so we’ve added the challenge of embarrassing ourselves to our full potential (much to our boss’ dismay)! Our favourite moves are hip circles, burpees, and lion’s breath (breathing out with your tongue out) and it’s the perfect way to let it all go.
But in all seriousness, it’s important to occasionally break away from the screen and bring yourself back to the 3D world. Why not make the change in your office and see the effect it has on the working vibe?
